No, windows will only be cleaned on the inside.
Do I need to defrost my fridge and/or freezer in advance?
Yes, as much as possible. We advise that you defrost your fridge and freezer 24 hours before your scheduled End of Tenancy Cleaning.
Is cleaning of kitchen appliance and fixtures included ?
Yes, we will clean all the electrical appliances such as hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. One of each items listed above is included in the standard quote.

Do I need to completely vacate the property before the End of Tenancy Cleaning Service?
Yes please, it’ll make the cleaning more efficient when the property is empty.
Only pieces of furniture that are originally there before you move in should remain in the property.
Do I have to be there when you do the End of Tenancy Cleaning?
Your presence is not needed for the duration of the service, however if you desire to be present at the property you can do so.
We recommend that you or your representative is there at the end of the cleaning for the final inspection.
